CAD Operator / Drafts-person
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of the current editions of Auto Cad and Revit.
- Experience with Construction Documentation.
- Able to work as a part of a production team or independently.
- Ability to learn new job skills as needs arise.
- Ability to field survey and document existing structures.
Project Manager
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of the current versions of Auto Cad and Revit.
- Experience in building programming and producing construction documents and specifications.
- Ability to manage in-house production team. Team leadership.
- Ability to work with consultants and coordinate efforts between multiple disciplines.
- Ability to comprehend design ideas and document these concepts for construction.
- Ability to manage project schedules to assure timely delivery.
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes and ADA requirements.
- Ability to review shop drawings and work with construction companies, public utilities, suppliers and building code officials.
Graphic Artist
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, Adobe, Photoshop and Powerpoint.
- Ability to produce plans, elevations, 3D illustrations, virtual tours, signage and graphics.
- Good client presentation skills.
- Ability to work with print houses, outside marketing and advertising agencies along with signage and graphics companies.
Project Designer
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop in order to produce artwork for client presentation.
- Good client communication skills with the ability to analyze project goals and produce building programs and concepts which are applicable to project needs.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential projects as to finishes, furnishings and window treatments. Familiarity with lighting design and fixtures along with plumbing fixtures, hardware etc.
- Ability to maintain relationships with product presentation.
Business Development
Required Skills:
- Experience in Architectural and/or construction related fields. Direct experience with Early Childhood Development and residential projects highly desirable.
- Open to individual with connection to other fields such as healthcare, schools (public or private) and religious organizations.
- Highly self motivated individuals with ability to make contracts and establish and maintain relationships.
- Ability to analyze in-house abilities and predict market trends in areas such avenues to pursue and in-house services that are needed by clients.
- Knowledge with established advertising companies, maintain website, mailing etc.
